WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is an active meditation technique that facilitates powerful emotional+energetic release. It can change emotional default settings, lifetime patterns of depression, anxiety and addiction, connect you to your intuition, and open your heart to increased gratitude and self-love. It is an efficient and effective way to emotionally detox. The Breath Method is a portal or gateway to non-ordinary states of consciousness where profound healing and transformative experiences can occur. This is a circular connected pattern of breathing thats held in an intentional ceremony. In session there will be powerful music, high grade essential oils, vibrational sound, energy work and a variety of other tools to help the receiver go deeper into their healing journey. It can change emotional default settings, lifetime patterns of dis-connect, anxiety and stress. Completely detoxing the body. 

We receive 90% of our daily energy from breath alone and 70% of our bodily toxins are meant to be discharged through breath.

When we breathe consciously and with purpose, our energy starts to move. It flows to the places it is needed the most. Our minds quiet down and we become fully present in our bodies. Space is created between our minds and bodies, allowing us to connect to something bigger and experience a sense of peace, joy and pure being. It is an experience that feels like returning home.


how does it work?

Sessions are guided and held in a sacred space thats contained with loving energy and also include a Reiki healing practice. The session lasts  2 hours. Breathwork is a powerful, somatic, and full sensory experience. It’s a process that allows for deep self-exploration, transformation and healing at all levels of self.

At the end of each Breathwork journey time is taken to truly reflect and process everything that occurred. This processing time will help assimilate the experience into every day life. 

This is a perfect way to get in touch with one's spiritual essence, to experience mystical states, to know oneself more deeply in order to find one’s inner  wisdom  and  intuition  which will beautifully lead you in creating a more fulfilling life.
