Hola Beautiful Beings! And welcome to You are The Medicine Retreat: A Peru Pilgrimage

Congratulations on hearing the call of our Pachamama and our Apus and for giving this precious gift to yourself.

I am so excited for you! I have experienced the Medicine of these Mountains and witnessed the magic and transformation they bring to peoples lives- so I know what’s in store for you.

The inspiration comes from the Ancient story of Inkarri. He was the first ‘Child of the Sun’ of the Inka people. He emerged with his feminine counterpart - Q’oylarri - from the depths of Mama Cocha - Lake Titicaca - the highest navigable lake in the world on the border of Peru and Bolivia.

The pair represented the dawning of a new age, of an Enlightened and Awake Heart centred Civilisation. Inkarri means ‘To Awaken’.

They walked the karpac ñan (the Golden Path) and founded the city of Cusco - or Cosco as it was known in Ancient times. In the Quechua language it translates to the ‘Centre of Centres.’

It is said in the prophecies that there will be a return of the Inkarri - the Great Awakening of which we are all a part of right now in this Pacha Kuti (Cycle).
